In home services the quote depends on what you find on site: metres of hedge, floors with no lift, rooms to clean. After the site visit you write the measurements in the record’s notes and attach photos, so whoever goes to do the job knows what to expect.
Whoever helps you that day is logged on the job with what they cost, along with hire and disposal fees. The calendar shows the week’s confirmed jobs and, at the end of the month, the Report tells you which services left you the most.
