Two rows worth rereading. "Galleries live at once" is not how many you can make: the rest stay where they are, just switched off, and you switch one back on in place of another. And RegiaPro never deletes your photos, not even if you stop paying.
Gigabytes tell you nothing.
Weddings do.
It is the number that makes people pick the wrong plan, because nobody knows how many gigabytes they need. Below are the same numbers said in real jobs.
What a job weighs
- one delivered photo — 10 MB, because we keep three copies: the original, a medium size for the web and a thumbnail
- a 600-photo wedding — 5.8 GB
- a christening, a communion, an 18th — 3–5 GB
- an 18–20 minute 4K wedding film — 8–10 GB
These are not estimates: they are measurements taken on a real archive, file by file.
Photos and video have two separate allowances
Every plan has two separate limits, one for photos and one for video. It is there for one reason: a film must not eat the space meant for the photographs, which is what you need every day.
The flip side has to be said: the two allowances do not lend to each other. If you shoot a lot of video, look at the video column before the photo one — that is the one that runs out first.

The figures are rounded down: where it says "at least", that many jobs fit and a few more besides. Between erring high and erring low, we err low on purpose — it is the number that promises less.
And if the storage runs out?
Nothing stops halfway. A wedding is hundreds of files uploading for twenty minutes: a limit that kicks in mid-upload would leave you with half a gallery loaded and a client waiting.
RegiaPro warns you beforehand: at 80% it tells you how much is left, and when it is full it tells you the next upload might not fit. You read that when you open the software in the morning, not halfway through.
From there you choose: 100 GB more photo storage for €5 a month, or the plan above. And either way nothing is deleted.
You can change plan whenever you want
In both directions, and it is not a procedure: you change it inside the software. Moving up, the new storage is available straight away.
Moving down, whatever you have already uploaded stays where it is and stays readable: the lower cap applies to what you upload from then on, never to what is already there. RegiaPro never deletes your photographs, not even if you stop paying.

The extra week is not a promotion, it is a nudge to do the right thing straight away. Anyone who gets to the third step has already seen the product work on one of their own clients; anyone who does not would have wasted the trial anyway.
And on the fifteenth day?
The account goes to read-only: you see everything you uploaded, you cannot create new things, and after 30 days the gallery is paused. Your data is never deleted. If you come back, you find it all where it was.
Start is for starting out. Pro is for working.
The difference between the two is not "more storage": it is that Start has no contracts, no invoices, no AI, no social scheduling and no photo app. Start is for someone who does a few shoots a year and just wants the client book and the galleries.
If you send a quote every week, if you get contracts signed, if you have to issue invoices — Start leaves you doing that somewhere else, and that was not the point of getting a CRM.
What Pro costs, put another way
€24.90 a month is less than 83 cents a day, and on the yearly plan it drops to €20.75 a month. A single wedding you do not lose because you remembered to follow up with that couple pays for the subscription for years.
So why Studio?
For two things a full studio needs and a solo professional doesn't: electronic invoicing and unlimited galleries — on the other plans, once you pass the cap, you have to switch one off to switch another on. Plus 1.5 TB, 5,000 AI credits and support over WhatsApp.
If one month you need more
You add what is missing, without jumping to a whole plan. Every add-on comes off again when you no longer need it.

How AI credits get used

With the 1,500 credits on the Pro plan you can cull around 30,000 photos a month, or have 1,500 conversations on your site. It is not a number you run through in normal work.
Why credits and not "unlimited"
Because every AI answer costs somebody real money. Anyone writing "unlimited AI" either has a cap they are not telling you about, or is raising the price for everyone to pay for the few heavy users.
We would rather write the number down. And when they run out nothing stops: you top up with €9, or you wait for next month.

Do I have to give a credit card to try it?
No. The Full Trial starts with an email address check and nothing else: no card, no automatic charge at the end. On the fifteenth day the account goes read-only on its own, and it is up to you whether to activate it.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account goes read-only: you still see the whole history — clients, quotes, contracts, invoices, galleries — but you do not create new things, and after 30 days the galleries are paused.
Data is never deleted. That is a written rule, not a favor: someone with ten years of weddings in there cannot risk losing them over a missed month.
Is the yearly plan really cheaper, or is it a fake discount?
It is cheaper: you pay for ten months instead of twelve. Pro goes from €24.90 a month to €249 a year, which is €20.75 a month. The same holds for Start (€99 instead of €118.80) and Studio (€499 instead of €598.80).
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both ways. Moving up, the new plan starts straight away. Moving down, what you already had stays readable: the cap concerns what you create from then on, never what is already there.
