On Free the gallery is for selling: your clients see the photos with a large watermark, buy, and download only the photos they have bought. Galleries for delivering, with downloads, videos, music and reviews, switch on from Start; Live Moments and slideshow covers with Full. Free galleries and the Shop carry the words “Created with RegiaPro”, which disappear with a paid plan. If you go back from a paid plan to Free, clients and documents stay saved and reopen when you subscribe again.

Two rows worth rereading. "Galleries live at once" is not how many you can make: the rest stay where they are, just switched off, and you switch one back on in place of another. And RegiaPro never deletes your photos, not even if you stop paying.
Gigabytes tell you nothing.
Weddings do.
It is the number that makes people pick the wrong plan, because nobody knows how many gigabytes they need. Below are the same numbers said in real jobs.
What a job weighs
- one delivered photo — 10 MB, because we keep three copies: the original, a medium size for the web and a thumbnail
- a 600-photo wedding — 5.8 GB
- a christening, a communion, an 18th — 3–5 GB
- an 18–20 minute 4K wedding film — 8–10 GB
These are not estimates: they are measurements taken on a real archive, file by file.
Photos and video have two separate allowances
Every plan has two separate limits, one for photos and one for video. It is there for one reason: a film must not eat the space meant for the photographs, which is what you need every day.
The flip side has to be said: the two allowances do not lend to each other. If you shoot a lot of video, look at the video column before the photo one — that is the one that runs out first.

The figures are rounded down: where it says "at least", that many jobs fit and a few more besides. Between erring high and erring low, we err low on purpose — it is the number that promises less.
And if the storage runs out?
Nothing stops halfway. A wedding is hundreds of files uploading for twenty minutes: a limit that kicks in mid-upload would leave you with half a gallery loaded and a client waiting.
RegiaPro warns you beforehand: at 80% it tells you how much is left, and when it is full it tells you the next upload might not fit. You read that when you open the software in the morning, not halfway through.
From there you choose: 100 GB more photo storage for €5 a month (€4 on the Studio plan) or 50 GB more video storage for €8 a month, or the plan above. And either way nothing is deleted.
You can change plan whenever you want
In both directions, and it is not a procedure: you change it inside the software. Moving up, the new storage is available straight away.
Moving down, whatever you have already uploaded stays where it is and stays readable: the lower cap applies to what you upload from then on, never to what is already there. RegiaPro never deletes your photographs, not even if you stop paying.

Take the three steps within 48 hours
It is not a promotion, it is the most useful advice on this page. Anyone who gets to the third step has already seen the product work on one of their own clients; anyone who does not would have wasted the trial anyway.
And when the fourteen days are over?
If you do not choose a plan you move to RegiaPro Free on your own, free and with no time limit: you keep selling your photos in the Shop. Clients, quotes, documents and galleries stay saved and reopen as soon as you subscribe. We do not delete anything: the only trial we delete is one where nobody ever logged in or uploaded a photo, 30 days after the trial ends, after warning them by email.
Start is already the whole studio. Pro adds invoices, chatbot and social.

What Pro costs, put another way
€34.90 a month is less than 83 cents a day, and on the yearly plan it drops to €29.08 a month. A single wedding you do not lose because you remembered to follow up with that couple pays for the subscription for years.
So why Studio?
For unlimited galleries: on the other plans, once you pass the cap, you have to switch one off to switch another on. Plus 1.5 TB, 3,500 AI credits, WhatsApp support and Italian e-invoicing: 300 invoices a year through the SdI, included as in Full.
If one month you need more
You add what is missing, without jumping to a whole plan. Add-ons are bought from the Subscription page of your RegiaPro, and each one comes off again when you no longer need it.

How AI credits get used
1 credit = 1 AI reply. It works the same for every text RegiaPro writes for you:
- one chatbot reply to a visitor on your site — 1 credit
- one social caption written for you — 1 credit
- the text of an email or the description of a gallery — 1 credit
- one reply from the assistant inside RegiaPro — 1 credit
With the 1,500 credits on the Pro plan you write 1,500 captions, or the chatbot replies 1,500 times to the visitors of your site. Culling photos on the Mac is included in the plan and uses no credits.
Why credits and not "unlimited"
Because every AI answer costs somebody real money. Anyone writing "unlimited AI" either has a cap they are not telling you about, or is raising the price for everyone to pay for the few heavy users.
We would rather write the number down. And when they run out nothing stops: you top up with €9, or you wait for next month.

With Create with AI, RegiaPro makes photos and short videos for you: the garment on a model, still life, campaigns, the video ad, images for social media. They use photo and video credits, which are separate from the AI credits for text.

The minimum and the card fees
With Free RegiaPro keeps 12%, never less than €0.50 and the card fees. With Start, Pro and Full it keeps the plan’s percentage plus the card fees.
Minimum order €5
Below this amount there is no checkout: that way every sale is worth it, for you and for the buyer. You can raise it gallery by gallery. On Free every photo costs at least €4 and every bundle at least €10.
The money in your account
Card payments go through Stripe. You connect the account where you receive the money once, from the Photo Shop panel, and it reaches you with the percentage already taken off.
New If you teach: courses, live streams and webinars
Video courses, paid webinars and live streams, subscriptions and bundles. They open from the Pro plan up, and they are already in the 14-day trial. On each course sold RegiaPro keeps 5% on Pro and 4% from Full up, with a minimum of €0.50 per sale, and card payment fees (Stripe) are already included. Free courses cost nothing.

Do I have to give a credit card to try it?
No. The Full Trial starts with just a check of your email address: no card, no automatic charge at the end. Once the fourteen days are over you move to RegiaPro Free on your own, free of charge, and it is up to you whether to subscribe.
What happens if I stop paying?
The account goes read-only: you still see the whole history — clients, quotes, contracts, invoices, galleries — but you do not create new things, and after 30 days the galleries are paused.
Data is not deleted unless you ask us to. That is a written rule, not a favor: someone with ten years of weddings in there cannot risk losing them over a missed month.
Is the yearly plan really cheaper, or is it a fake discount?
It is cheaper: you pay for ten months instead of twelve. Pro goes from €34.90 a month to €349 a year, which is €29.08 a month. The same holds for Start (€199 instead of €238.80) and Studio (€599 instead of €718.80).
Can I change plan later?
Yes, both ways. Moving up, the new plan starts straight away. Moving down, what you already had stays readable: the cap concerns what you create from then on, never what is already there.
