Is RegiaPro an alternative to Fotop?
For selling the photos of an event, yes: in RegiaPro’s Photo Shop the people who were there find their photos, pay by card from their phone and download them without a watermark. On top of that you get the rest of the studio: galleries for clients, enquiries, quotes, contracts, invoices and social.
How much does RegiaPro cost?
The Pro plan costs €34.90 a month, VAT included, and covers galleries, quotes, contracts, invoices and social. Plans start at €19.90 a month with Start. You try it for 14 days, no credit card. The pricing page says what is in each plan.
How much does Fotop cost?
On their website, on 4 October 2026, Fotop has no monthly fee and no set-up cost: it keeps a percentage of every sale, from 8%. RegiaPro has a subscription from €19.90 a month, VAT included, and on photos sold with the Photo Shop it keeps 10% with Start, 8% with Pro and 6% with Full and Studio, with a minimum of €0.50 a sale.
Can people who took part in an event find their photos in RegiaPro?
Yes, with the Photo Shop: they scan the QR code, type their bib number or pick the day, and from the Full plan they can also take a selfie, which is not saved. They pay by card from their phone, without signing up, and download the photos without a watermark.
Can I bring the photos I already have into RegiaPro?
Yes: on the Galleries page there is a button, “I’m coming from another platform”. Pick the folder with the photos and it becomes a gallery, with the originals. Clients, quotes and invoices are not imported.
I’m looking for my wedding photos: am I in the right place?
No: RegiaPro is software for photographers and has no site where you can search for photos. Galleries open only with the link and password sent by the photographer. Ask your photographer for the link.
