It builds your month of posts
Pick a client and a rhythm — a carousel on Monday, a story on Wednesday, an info card on Friday — and RegiaPro suggests a post for every day of the month, using the photos you have already delivered to that client. The last click, the one that publishes to Instagram, is yours today: that is this module's limit and you will find it explained right here, not at the bottom of the page.
The limit, said up front and not after
This is the part people usually discover in their second month of subscription. We would rather you read it now and decide with the right facts in hand.
How far RegiaPro goes today
The monthly plan, choosing the photos, the crop for stories, the caption, the queue and the alert at the right moment: all of that already works. When the time comes, the post is ready and RegiaPro tells you "over to you". The move that actually sends it out is yours.
Inside the software the Instagram connection already exists — the two calls Meta wants, the check that stops the same post going out twice, the retry count. But it is switched off to begin with, and it stays off until you switch it on: switching it on takes steps on Meta's side that only the account holder can do. While it is off, the last click is yours. And until it has been tested on a real account, we will not sell it as automatic.
Reels stay out of it either way: they are video, and RegiaPro does not touch video. Stories are in, as an image.
A profile that has not moved in three weeks is not laziness
It is that, at the end of the day, choosing the photos, cropping them for stories and writing the captions is a second job. And it piles up: the more time passes, the harder the choosing gets, because by then there are six jobs to pick from.
- The good photos are there, but they are in six different folders.
- The vertical crop for stories is done by hand, one at a time.
- You put off the caption, and the post never goes out.
- And you do not know whether that client wanted you to post their photos.
The first of the five steps. Once the client is chosen, everything you need to decide appears below: how many photos are ready, which gallery they come from, and whether they have given consent to be posted. Real screenshot from the software. Names and contact details are made up.
The same step, cropped to what matters.
The month is built in five steps
It is not a panel of scattered settings: it is a row of numbered steps, and every step tells you where you are. At the end you have a whole calendar to look at before anything goes out.
- 1
The client and their photos
You choose from clients with a confirmed job. The photos available are the ones from their delivery gallery: already chosen, already edited, already seen by them.
- 2
The rhythm of the week
For example: a carousel on Monday, a story on Wednesday, an info card on Friday. You pick the pattern once and it holds for the whole month.
- 3
The calendar for the month
RegiaPro fills in the days: a post for every slot the pattern calls for, with the photos already in place. You look at the whole month on one screen, move whatever does not sit right, skip the days you do not want.
- 4
The info cards
The posts that are not photographs — a tip, a free date, a question — are built from graphic templates of yours, in your colors.
- 5
Preview and confirm
Until you confirm, nothing exists. On confirmation the suggestions become real posts, each with its day and its time.
Step 3, with one week open. For every day it shows what goes out and on which profile, and next to the square photo you see the same photo already cropped vertically (1080×1920): the preview is exactly what would go out. The dark panels with text over them are the info cards, built by the software. Real screenshot. The photos inside the galleries are test images.
The story crop, and why you see it first
A wedding photo is nearly always horizontal; a story is vertical and narrow. Cropping it means throwing away half the frame, and whoever does it by hand in the evening only finds out afterwards that they cut off the groom's head. RegiaPro crops ahead of time and shows you first, inside the calendar: if a crop does not sit right, you change the photo from there.
Before posting someone's photos, it says whether they said yes
Wedding photos are photos of people. Without somewhere that records who consented, sooner or later someone's shoot goes out who did not want it — and there is no coming back from that. So for every client RegiaPro keeps three pieces of information, not one tick box.
- Whether consent was asked for, and it does not start at "yes": it starts at "still to ask". Silence is not consent, and an empty field must not look like a yes.
- How far it goes: everything, or no faces, or no name. Those are three different answers, and they need to be kept apart.
- What date they gave it.
It is not paperwork: it is the thing that saves you a bad phone call
Asking costs you a line in the contract. Not having asked costs you a couple writing to you on Monday morning because her mother saw herself on Instagram. The software cannot sign anything on your behalf, but it can remind you who you have not asked yet.
Real screenshot from the software, on a test studio: the menu is grouped by the modules you bought, and posts sit under RegiaPro Social. The galleries have zero photos because it is an empty copy, not real work.
What it does, and where it stops
The four things worth knowing before you try it, set side by side without dancing around them.
Stories yes, reels no
RegiaPro does the vertical crop in the right format — 1080 by 1920 — and it works for both Instagram and Facebook. Reels are video, and it does not touch video.
A post does not go out twice
Not even if the software were restarted at the wrong moment. It is a rule written into the database, not a check somebody can forget.
Nothing goes out at the wrong hour
A post two hours late still waits for you. Much later than that it gets skipped: an eight o'clock "good morning" going out at ten at night is worse than not sending it.
Captions are drafts
The AI suggests them, and each one uses a credit from your plan. You read them and fix them before you confirm the month: nothing goes out that you have not seen.
Which plans include it
RegiaPro Social is not sold separately and has no price of its own. It is not in the smallest plan, because someone doing few shoots has no month to fill.
| Start | Pro | Studio | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Post scheduling | no | unlimited | unlimited |

Questions about posts and publishing
Does RegiaPro post to Instagram by itself?
Not to begin with, and we would rather write that here than have you find out after a month. RegiaPro gets everything ready — the photo, the format, the caption — and at the right time it tells you the post is ready. The last move, the one that actually sends it out, is yours. The Instagram connection inside the software already exists, but it is off until you switch it on, and it has not been tested on a real account yet: until it has, we will not describe it as automatic.
What is missing before publishing becomes automatic?
Two things, and neither one is up to you. The first is finishing the steps on Meta's side: a registered app, a connection carrying publishing permissions, the account identifier. The second is testing it for real, with real posts, before letting a program that has never published anything publish for you. When it happens, exactly one piece will change: everything else — the queue, the retries, the guard against double posting — is already the final version.
Stories and reels too?
Stories yes, as an image: RegiaPro crops them to the right vertical format, 1080 by 1920, and gets them ready for you. Reels no: they are video, and RegiaPro does not touch video — photos get resized in the browser, a film does not. You go on making reels the way you make them now.
Where does it get the photos for the posts?
From that client's delivery gallery, which means from photos you have already chosen and edited for them. It does not fish about on your disk and it does not make you upload anything: if you have delivered that wedding, the photos for the month of posts are already there.
Can I post a client's photos without asking them?
RegiaPro assumes not. Every client has a field saying whether consent was asked for, how far it goes — everything, no faces, no name — and on what date. The starting value is "still to ask", on purpose: silence is not consent, and an empty field must not look like a yes.
What happens if I leave the software off for a week?
Posts whose time fell within the previous two hours still wait for you; much older ones get skipped rather than going out at the wrong time. An eight o'clock "good morning" going out at ten at night is worse than not sending it.
Does the AI write the captions?
It suggests them, and every caption generated uses a credit from your plan. They stay drafts: you read them and fix them before confirming the month. There is a monthly cap and a visible count, so nobody can blow up the bill.
Which plans include post scheduling?
It isn't in the Start plan. It's in Pro, in Full and in Studio, and in all three with no cap on the number of posts. Today you connect one Instagram account: extra profiles and Facebook aren't there yet, and we'd rather say so. The Full Trial includes it, because it switches on the whole Pro plan for fourteen days.
The other four modules
They are one piece of software: the photos for the posts come from the galleries, and the galleries from clients you wrote down once.
The galleries the post photos come from: password, expiry date, and the client marking their own favorites.
