You fill in the form above
Your name, your business name, your email, your phone if you want and what you shoot. Not the password: you choose that at step 4, inside the software. One less password traveling across the network, and this website has no reason to know it. The why is explained at the bottom.

At that moment nothing is created yet
That is deliberate. All that is recorded is the intention to sign up, and it expires on its own after 24 hours. So anyone filling the form with fake addresses fills a table that empties itself, instead of your real client list.

You get an email with a link
A link that works once only. It is there to prove that the address really is yours — and since all the messages to your clients will go through it, that is not a formality.

You click, choose your password, and the studio is created
You choose the password there, on the software's own page: it is the only place it gets typed. Only now are your studio and your owner account created, in trial state with the expiry date already set. And you are already inside: you do not have to sign in again.

You land on the list of three steps
Not on an empty screen telling you to work it out for yourself: on the list above — upload a shoot, connect WhatsApp, send the link. Once those are done, the trial gets seven days longer.

On the fifteenth day (or the twenty-second)
The account goes read-only. You see everything you uploaded, you create nothing new, and after 30 days the gallery is paused. Nothing is deleted, and nobody charges you anything: you never gave them a card.
What is worth having to hand before you start
Fourteen days is deliberately short. With these three things ready, the three steps take half an hour.
A real job to deliver
Not test photos: a shoot you actually have to deliver in the next few days. It is the only way to find out whether RegiaPro saves you time or costs you time.
Your work WhatsApp number
The one you already message clients from. Follow-ups have to go out from a number your clients recognize, not from a sender they do not know.
A client to send it to
Even just one. The third step is sending a real gallery to a real person: that is where the difference from a link that expires after a week shows.

The trial cannot be opened yet
RegiaPro opens shortly. Until it does, nobody can start the trial: the form above creates no account, starts no countdown of days and sends nothing behind your back.
We write it here instead of letting you find out later, because a form that takes your address and does nothing with it is the worst thing a website can do to someone who believed in it.
So why fill it in
Because what you write becomes a ready-written email, addressed to us, which you send with one click from your own mail program. A person reads it, and we will let you know as soon as it can really be opened.
If you would rather leave nothing right now, that is fine too: come back whenever you like, the page will be the same and the button will work.
Your password is never typed here, not even once everything is switched on
This is a presentation website: files copied onto a web server. If one day someone tampered with it, they would walk away with the passwords of everyone signing up. That is why the password is chosen once only inside the program, by clicking the link that arrives by email. It is one less password travelling across the network.
